My 2 Camellia sasanquas I planted have taken a long time, Apple Blossom has a few blooms now but I'm still waiting on Yuletide, which I've seen blooming heavily in a pot in a nursery. You will love Daphne tangutica. Congratulations on starting it from seed! I can't imagine growing it from seed, perhaps it needs cross-pollinating. I bought it as a little plant.Hannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04773149110503024929noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1495323991307537519.post-82472712351692761932014-04-17T03:10:45.148-07:002014-04-17T03:10:45.148-07:00I moved here from San Diego 20 years ago, there Se...I moved here from San Diego 20 years ago, there Semi-dwarf apples were 6' tall. So I planted a bunch here and they turned into 20-30' monsters. Totally unexpected. However they are not all equal in productivity and disease resistance. Some need to be removed. I have 2 acres but it can get pretty crowded if I overplant, I'm removing a lot of plants this year and going back to grass which can be mowed.Hannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04773149110503024929noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1495323991307537519.post-77691549199030868852014-04-17T03:07:46.573-07:002014-04-17T03:07:46.573-07:00Thanks, Jennifer, I'm realizing how many of th...Thanks, Jennifer, I'm realizing how many of the plants have spread enough that I don't have many empty spots left in some beds.Hannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04773149110503024929noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1495323991307537519.post-3245323372608705332014-04-16T19:30:46.374-07:002014-04-16T19:30:46.374-07:00Hey, I just successfully germinated Daphne tanguti...Hey, I just successfully germinated Daphne tangutica.
